Role
Our client is looking for a part time Office Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. 

 
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of the operation, safety, and service within the client site. Your primary responsibility is to lead in communicating and executing the property strategy and initiatives, ensuring a first-class workplace experience for all building users.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Act as the driving force in identifying and reporting defects, liaising with Technical Services, the Property team, and relevant parties for prompt resolution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all property meetings and appointments, fostering effective communication between stakeholders.
  • Ensure seamless and effective management of contractors, suppliers, and workplace services in alignment with company and industry standards.
  • Manage adherence to policies and procedures related to health and safety, and quality management.
  • Ensure continuous development of services, fostering team collaboration and engagement.
  • Proactively create and develop exceptional relationships with key stakeholders, driving positive behaviors and the optimal use of the workplace.
  • Drive business improvement and quality management, positioning the site as a leader in transforming the business.
  • Advocate for new property initiatives and deliver comprehensive reports on findings.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all site users and issue communications relevant to site operations.
  • Audit the site daily for safety, arrange and manage the process of works to completion, supporting a safe working environment.

Skills and experience

  • Proven experience in managing contractors and suppliers, supporting a safe working environment.
  • Significant health and safety knowledge and experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to gain and maintain credibility with clients, suppliers, and employees.
