3. Assist the MD to recruit a suitable panel of Staffordshire-based N4P organisations to inform and assist with product development.

4. Work with the company's chosen IT partner to identify the most appropriate and cost-effective technology and use this to develop the planned new M&E platform. This is anticipated to take the form of a mobile phone app (Android and IOs) with an accompanying website/dashboard).

5. To research appropriate academically validated outcome/impact evaluation tools/frameworks and after identifying any licensing challenges, where possible integrate these into the platform.

6. Plan and coordinate product testing.

7. To work with the Research and Marketing lead to plan and implement the branding of the product and its launch.

8. Ensure that where required/possible the company’s existing systems are integrated with the new platform/tool (Xero, Stripe, Active Campaign etc.)

9. Identify the best strategy to protect the company in relation to its intellectual property around the new platform and set out a roadmap to implement this pre-launch.

10. Act as the primary point of communication between the company/project and the Staffordshire University ensuring that the academic resources of University are used effectively to help ensure the project progresses as quickly as possible and is successfully delivered.
