Unitemps are recruiting for a number of Peer Supporters within the TRANSACT project team. This role is for an ASAP start date finishing in the end of October .This a full time role at 37.5 hours a week. Payment is set at £16.13 + holiday pay per hour. Duties and responsibilities

Under the direction of the Senior Teaching and Learning Administrator and the programme director the post holder will provide comprehensive administrative support for the MSc Disability, Design and Innovation.  

Main Duties: The role holder will be,

  • Efficient, organised, proactive, a self starter with a professional attitude.- Ideally have teaching and learning experience- Familiar with UCL systems and departments.
  • Be the first point of contact for queries from staff and students for all areas associated with the role, including UCL regulations and procedures, timetabling and pastoral guidance.
  • Work with the programme partners, UAL LCF and Loughborough University London.
  • Liaise with Student Disability Services in seeking appropriate provision for students with disabilities.

Skills and experience

Essential Criteria

  • Educated to A Level standard or equivalent experience such as report writing and interpreting data- Experience of higher or further education or a teaching and learning environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with a variety of people- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to prioritise and organise own workload to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure, work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to learn and use systems quickly.


  • Experience of programme administration including dealing with student enquiries
