Role
The Graduate Recruitment Consultant on will be to work with the recruitment team on new and existing professional/technical construction job vacancies based in Hong Kong and across Asia and Australia.
You must be fluent in English and Cantonese to apply for this role
This opportunity is open to candidates new to recruitment or with previous recruitment experience and appropriate training will be given. This is an ideal opportunity for those who are keen to work alongside and learn from our recruitment professionals, that have many years of success recruiting in the construction industry.
The role is to work full time hours 08:30am - 17:30pm; however part time hours can be considered also.
The role is permanent.
Duties and responsibilities
For the Hong Kong focused recruitment role, fluency in both English and Cantonese is ESSENTIAL
Previous experience in recruitment or the construction industry is desirable but not essential
Successful candidates who have worked in other sales-related roles will be given necessary training
Recruitment consultants who have worked in other recruitment sectors will be given necessary training to become successful in the construction sector.
You must show a committed, hardworking & professional approach.
You must be dedicated to learn on the job and be enthusiastic about becoming more independent through training and over time.
Skills and experience
Suitable applicants are most likely to be degree qualified and be able to evidence solid IT skills.
Strong analytical skills must also be evidenced and you should be able to learn key tasks and information quickly.
You should feel confident in your ability to develop and demonstrate strong sales and marketing behaviours.
You must be able to speak English and Cantonese (& ideally Mandarin) to a fluent business and conversational level

Leicester - potential to work from home / remotely after probation period has been successfully completed
