• Be a natural host making guests and colleagues feel at home within the workplace providing five star meet and greet service

• Support the Travel & Welcome Team Leader to create, develop and deliver all aspect of travel processes, procedures and deliver a best-in-class parking and travel strategy

• Act as the primary connector between guests, colleagues and the workplace, responding to enquires and raising any issues to the correct management team

• Become an advocate for the workplace environment and promote sustainable processes when necessary

• You exude an energetic and welcoming personality, having solid experience of corporate/hospitality/leisure/customer service environments
• Have experience working with Microsoft Office systems
• You’re a skilled communicator able to actively engage with colleagues & visitors
• You have brilliant customer service skills allied with a strong desire to help and support colleagues & peers at every opportunity
• You thrive in a team environment but remain a unique individual with specific skills
