This is a pivotal role for our client , who are a Facilities Management company. They are looking for 6 people for this role and you will be travelling around their corporate clients head office sites within zones 1-3.

You will be providing a vital service for the client, meeting and greeting their visitors, organising hotels, flights, taxis. Arranging meetings and ensuring that the visitors are catered for.

Below is a snippet of the sort of things you will do in this varied role where no 2 days are the same:

Establish good working relationships with the customers in order to be recognised as the natural go to person and a trusted partner to deliver on our value proposition

• Engage with all key stakeholders so as to ensure a collaborative and efficient approach and a swift response to all service requests

• Effectively deal with all business user/client requests and enquiries exceeding expectations in all areas of the operations

• As a brand ambassador for our client and the client site you represent you will be responsible in ensuring that all client site procedures and standards are met

• To focus on curated experience and drive the agenda for our end users and customer

• To show responsibility for personal health and safety, and that of others in the conduct of the job in line with Support Services and Legal requirement.

• To work as part of the workplace team within Front of House providing seamless and effective delivery of all services lines to include; proactively welcoming visitors and tenants, managing all client & visitor requests, process all meeting room requests, organise meeting rooms to the desired level, build relationships effectively.

Relevant corporate/hospitality/customer service experience from Airlines, hotels or corporate businesses, you could even have come form a performing background as long as you have Excellent communication skills

• Ideally have experience working with systems (e.g. MS Office)

• High degree of accuracy

• Good time management

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
