Working in the Assessment or Exam Operations in Registry and Academic Affairs. The role will be working alongside RAA colleagues in the set up and administration of all Assessment related activities

Use of Campus Solutions to update student records and marks
• Setting up submission areas to the system ‘Moodle’ to support student submission of assessments
•Dealing with questions from students and staff on the above
• Administering the Extenuating circumstances process with students and academics
• Other duties to support the senior administrator
OR Administering on-site examination processes
•Preparing examination paperwork
•Handing out and receipt of paperwork from Academic staff
•Setting up of rooms in readiness for exams
•Preparing certificates and diploma supplements in readiness for graduation
MS Office including use of MS Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel
Experience of data entry
Attention to detail
Ability to work unsupervised
Good time management

This role is expected to last until 23rd December 2022.
