Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator to join the team in Binley in Coventry.
This is a permanent opportunity with a business which is looking to expand.
The pay for this role is £19,000-21,000 depending on experience.
We are looking for someone who can help with the sales process and provide administrative support to follow orders through to completion.
Duties will include
- Contributing to the company's administration activities.
- Process orders for customers from start to finish
- Provide excellent customer service by keeping customers up to date with their orders
- Ensuring accuracy on all orders and also sending out all invoices to clients.
- Helping to arrange transport for orders as necessary
- Monitoring the inbox as required.
We are looking for someone who can come in and hit the ground running
The successful candidate will have the following skills.
- Good at building relationships with customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good attention to detail with high levels of accuracy.
- Able to work well to deadlines and pressure
This is a permanent position within a business that is looking to expand.
You will be based at the office in Binley in Coventry (Public transport links available).
We are looking for someone to work full time 09:00-17:30, however for the right person, different hours could be considered.
