Description

Please note this Internship is available to SECOND and THIRD year students from The University of Northampton only.

Spokes Education (www.spokeseducation.com) provide digital learning services including bespoke content design and development, system administration and consultancy.
The role will be varied and flexible with a range of opportunities. Some of the tasks you can expect to fulfil are as follows:

Course Design and Development
You will have the opportunity to take part in the creation and maintenance of interactive courses, including:

building 1st drafts in Articulate Rise/Storyline

inputting audio files and/or captions, text and graphics

checking design elements against accessibility guidelines

quality assuring courses and picking up inconsistencies/errors

LMS Administration and End User Support
Our average email response time is under 15 minutes so we are looking for someone who believes in the importance of providing quick, friendly and efficient support.
The most important thing is that you are customer/client focussed, trustworthy, hard-working and willing to invest in and uphold our company values.

Any of the following skills and experience will however be a bonus:

•Experience with eLearning authoring tools (we mainly use Articulate 360)

•Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

•Use of Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Slack, Trello, OneDrive, Dropbox, Google docs etc

The duration is 100 hours worked over a 6 week - £10ph.
