The Engagement team at UCB are looking to appoint current UCB Higher Education (HE) students to the role of HE Mentor, working closely with our team of Engagement Officers.
The successful candidates will be required to work a minimum of 5 hours per week offering regular support and guidance to first year students across the University’s academic Schools. The purpose of the role will be to complement the work of the Engagement Officers by supporting first year students throughout their journey into Higher Education, thereby improving the overall student experience.
The role would ideally suit dedicated and reliable students with experience of working with others in a supportive role, who possess strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Training and support will be provided to the appointed candidates.
