Recruitment Ambassador (general)
Working as part of the Student Recruitment and Admissions team the Student Ambassadors will play a crucial role in the recruitment of undergraduate home students.
Please note that you will be working for the central Student Recruitment and Admissions team. There are separate job descriptions if you would like to support your faculty admissions team with course specific recruitment activities so please avoid double booking yourself for events.
Experience of working in a customer service role.
Involvement in LJMU extra curricular activities for example clubs, societies or go abroad.
Must be a current undergraduate home student at Liverpool John Moores University.
Skills and Experience: Excellent customer service, experience in a customer service role and an excellent communicator in person, over telephone and on chat platforms. You need to be able to work independently to agreed targets and have a proactive approach. We are looking for enthusiatic individuals want to share their positive LJMU student experiences.
As part of this role a DBS check may be required.
