Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead and develop the account coordinator team in jobs.ac.uk.  This established team acts as the first point of contact for all internal and external customers and ensures that all clients’ needs and requirements are met to achieve the customer’s goals, whilst maximising revenues for jobs.ac.uk

Key duties will include:

•    Mentoring / coaching / leading a team of successful coordinators

•    Managing accounts ensuring all enquires are dealt with within a timely manner

•    Identifying opportunities to grow revenues on new and existing accounts

•    Promoting great customer care throughout the team

•    Assisting line manager with training and recruitment when necessary

•    Maintaining accurate records of client activities

•    Working closely with the Account Executives to ensure customer needs are met

•    Occasional client visits

We are looking for someone with previous Sales experience.
You will also have experience of leading a team and mentoring other members of Staff.
You will be computer literate and able to communicate effectively with various team members.
