To provide receptionist services at a busy reception issuing University Cards, Parking permits and answering general enquires. Supporting the current admin team.

CLOSING DATE:  Wednesday 22nd December 2021.

Printing University Cards
Issuing car parking permits
Answering enquiries by telephone, in person and via e-mail. 
Staffing a busy reception desk  
Supporting the existing admin team with general office duties.
Customer Service Skills 
Knowledge of Office 365
