Senior Administrator - Registry & Academic Services
To support the Communication and Development Team Manager with a number of projects relating to recruitment of staff processes, Equality Diversity & Inclusion (EDI), departmental communications, process improvements.

Staff Engagement Communication and analysis of Gallup Surveys Administration and delivery of ‘Pulse’ engagement surveys Support with team level engagement activities
Organisation and facilitation of workshops
Oversee the delivery of departmental newsletter
Delivery of department events
Ownership of departmental communication platforms (SharePoint/O365)
Lead in departmental communication activities
Support recruitment activity
Recruitment development and management of induction processes
Management of Welcome Events
Delivery of staff development workshops/training sessions etc, as need is identified.

Other administrative requests from the management team

- Good communication (verbal and written and evidenced)
