A leading business services company, based on Birmingham Business Park are looking for a Project Support Assistant, for their busy Customer Relationship team. We are looking for someone to start from the 7th June.
This is originally a 4 month temp position with the opportunity for temp to perm for the right person.You will be working from home due to the current situation. However you will be expected to go into the office based at Birmingham Business Park in the future.
Diary co-ordination-booking in meetings and setting up zoom calls.
Drafting and sending meeting agendas.
Internal liaison on resourcing projects- collaborating with colleagues in other teams.
Capturing actions during internal/external calls.
Ownership of the project folders on sharepoint.
Success analysis liaison- monitoring survey completions, setting up calls and focus groups, whitelisting with the client and setting up comms.
Managing enquiries for online assessments.
Using Hubplanner to check that the project plan matches the detail in the platform and running wider reports.
Checking that the wider project team that they are on top of actions for that day-tracking day to day delivery.
Supporting with our Virtual Assessment Centre offering.
Minimum of a 2 years of administration experience and at least 1-year project management support administration experience.
Desirable Psychology background via qualification and /or experience.
We are looking for someone who can come in and hit the ground running due to the demands of the position.
Remote/Birmingham Business Park
You will be working with one particular project for 60% of the week and providing general support to the team for the remainder.There is free parking available at the office.
