As part of our growth plan we aim to deliver our services to our own private clients too in 5 others cities such as Derby, Leicester, London/Herefordshire and Leeds. You will create your own data base of customer by initially making outbound calls to Nursing and Residential Homes in Nottingham to promote our staff supply service, you will recruit and manage a small team working different shifts and hours for these customers. To be successful in this role you will need to be able to:

  • Speak to Directors or business owners within  healthcare  to promote/sell our services
  • Understand  the customer’s needs
  • Search and contact Residential, Nursing Homes and Home care providers
  • Develop a good rapport with Directors/business owners and manager, which ultimately will generate re-occurring business
  • Advertise, shortlist and recruit a team of Nurses and Support workers
  • Recruit the right skills and experience to meet the customers requirements
  • Able to delegate some administrative tasks to the business senior administrator
  • Deliver supervision to staff monthly
  • Able to meet business targets
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Good people management skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good time management
  • Positive attitude towards others
  • Able to work in a fast paste environment, whilst adhering to business Policy, Procedures and Legal requirements within recruitment
  • Bring new effective ways of working to the business
  • Participate in business development
  • Successfully build relationships with Directors/business owners for re-occurring business
  • Must be able to use various Microsoft packages
  • Able to learn and use business CRM systems
  • Work part of a team, where necessary
  • Can organise rotas with workers availability
  • Contribute to the business out of hours rota
  • Willing to undertake internal training
  • “Can do attitude”
  • Any other duties that falls within the scope of this role, within your skills and experience
Nottingham City

£9.00 per hour. This role will last 4 months with a potential to become permanent based on performance.
