As an Customer Services Assistant / Account Analyst, you will seek to exceed the customer’s expectations with every call. You will ensure new and existing customers are provided with the best service and most competitive price for their supply. We are looking for people who can listen, think and act in a truly professional manner.
Reporting to the Partnerships Manager, you will ensure that returning customers are serviced and retained. The role will require excellent investigative and administrative skills, customer focus and tenacity to deliver exceptional results. Analysing accounts and making necessary adjustments to ensure details are updated and accurate in line with customer activity.
